The Sleep Council is funded by the National Bed Federation, the trade association for British bed manufacturers. Established in 1995, it is the consumer education arm that aims to:
• Raise awareness of the importance of a good night’s sleep to health and wellbeing.
• Provide helpful advice and tips on how to improve sleep quality.
• Provide helpful advice on choosing the right bed for optimum sleeping comfort.
The Sleep Hub is a mobile application that supports the development of bed retail sales professionals in the UK undertaking the Sleep Council Sales Academy E-learning modules. It allows registered users to benefit from all the latest bed industry news, tips, facts and feedback from fellow community members as well as monitoring their progress. Through effective coaching and learning, successful participants will qualify as a Sleep Council Accredited Advisor, with increased knowledge, improved sales performance and most importantly, greater customer satisfaction with their purchase.
